Selected food price watch data for August 2019 reflected that the average price of 1 dozen of Agric eggs
medium size decreased year-on-year by -2.58% and month-on month by -1.37% to N461.89 in August 2019
from N468.31 in July 2019 while the average price of piece of Agric eggs medium size (price of one)
decreased year-on-year by -2.93% and increased month-on-month by 5.70% to N40.57 in August 2019
from N38.38 in July 2019.
The average price of 1kg of tomato decreased year-on-year by -33.50% and increased month-on-month by
9.98% to N223.86 in August 2019 from N203.55 in July 2019.
