Data collected through Post-Planting Household Questionnaire Section Cover. This section captures household-level information. The dataset includes household identifiers, enumerator and supervisor identifiers, the date and time of the interview, questions to determine whether the household is engaged in agricultural activities, and observation notes recorded by the enumerator during the interview.

Data collected through Post-Planting Household Questionnaire Section 1 (Household Roster). This section captures a roster of individuals living in the household, including their relationship to the household head, gender, year of birth, age, marital status, spouse identification, religion, parental status, and details for new members such as the date and reason for joining the household, as well as migration information.

Data collected through Post-Planting Household Questionnaire Section 1A (Migration Past 12 Months). This section captures individual-level information. This section dataset contains the migration experiences of current household members over the past 12 months, including the reasons for migration, destinations, and purposes of their absence.

Data collected through Post-Planting Household Questionnaire Section 1B (Migration Past 10 Years). This section captures individual-level information. This dataset contains information on the migration experiences of current household members over the past 10 years, excluding any migration episodes from the past 12 months that have already been reported in Section 1A.

Data collected through Post-Planting Household Questionnaire Section 1C (Absentees, question 0a). This section captures household-level information. This dataset includes a filter variable that identifies households with members who have moved away.

Data collected through Post-Planting Household Questionnaire Section 1C (Absentees, questions 2-17). This section collects information on former household members who have migrated within or outside the country in the past 10 years and are not current household members.

Data collected through Post-Planting Household Questionnaire Section 1D (Migration Aspirations). This section records individual-level information on migration desires, plans, and unsuccessful attempts among household members aged 15 years and older.

Data collected through Post-Planting Household Questionnaire Section 1E (Remittances). This section records individual-level information on remittances received, both from abroad and within Nigeria.

Data collected through Post Planting Household Questionnaire Section 3 (Health). This section records individual-level information on general health status, healthcare utilization and costs, functioning and disability status, and the use of bed nets.

Data collected through Post-Planting Household Questionnaire Section 4A (Labour). This section records individual-level information on labor market participation over the past 7 days, including temporary absences, job search activities, and wage work (covering benefits, work hours, and payment).

This section records household-food item level information on the quantity and value of food consumed within the household during the past 7 days, as well as the quantity and value of food purchased during the past 30 days.

Data collected through Post-Planting Household Questionnaire Section 6C (Aggregate Food Consumption). This section records household-food item level information on the number of days the household consumed each food group item during the last 7 days.

Data collected through Post-Planting Household Questionnaire Section 7 (Non-Food Expenditure, questions 1-2). This section records household-nonfood item level information on non-food expenditure during the last week.

Data collected through Post-Planting Household Questionnaire Section 7 (Non-Food Expenditure, questions 3-4). This section records household-nonfood item level information on non-food expenditure during the last month.

Data collected through Post-Planting Household Questionnaire Section 8 (Petrol). This section records household-level information on the experience of buying petrol over the past 30 days, including the quantity purchased, the cost, issues faced during the purchase, and reasons for buying it. It also captures awareness of the government’s petrol subsidy program and support for its reform.

Data collected through Post-Planting Household Questionnaire Section 9 (Food Security). This section records household-level information on food security status of the household during the last 30 days/last 12 months.

Data collected through Post-Planting Household Questionnaire Section 10 (Household Assets). This section records household-asset level information on durable goods currently possessed by the household.

Data collected through Post-Planting Household Questionnaire Section 11 (Other Household Income). This section records household-income level information on miscellaneous income received by the household.

The dataset includes household identifiers, enumerator and supervisor identifiers, the date and time of the interview, questions to determine whether the household is engaged in agricultural activities.

Data collected through Post-Planting Agriculture Questionnaire Section 11A1 (Plot Roster). This section captures a roster of all plots owned and/or managed by the household, farmer estimated area, GPS measured area, GPS measured location of the plot, decision maker of the plot.

Data collected through Post-Planting Agriculture Questionnaire Section 11B (Land Inventory). This section records plot-level information on plot acquisition, tenure (legal title, ownership document), rental arrangement, sharecropping arrangement, use rights (collateral, inheritance).

Data collected through Post Planting Agriculture Questionnaire Section 11C1 (Household Labour, questions 0-0a). This section records household-level information on household labour that worked on the plot.

Data collected through Post Planting Agriculture Questionnaire Section 11C1 (Household Labour, questions 1a-1d). This section records individual-plot level information on household labour that worked on the plot. Includes information on amount of time spent by each person.

Data collected through Post Planting Agriculture Questionnaire Section 11C2 (Hired and Exchange Labour). This section records plot-level information on hired and free/exchange labour that worked on the plot. Includes information on amount of time spent by each person-type and payments made to hired labour.

Data collected through Post Planting Agriculture Questionnaire Section 11E (Seed Acquisition, questions 1-15). This section asks about the acquisition of the seeds that were used to plant the crops cultivated on the household PLOTS during this agricultural season. Information is captured at the SEED TYPE level – improved or traditional/local.

Data collected through Post Planting Agriculture Questionnaire Section 11E (Seed Acquisition, questions 16-17). This section records household-level information on seed transportation costs.

Data collected through Post Planting Agriculture Questionnaire Section 11F (Planted Field Crops). This section captures a roster of all the field and tree crops cultivated on the plot, seeds planted, last completed production of tree/permanent crops, expected harvest.
