The section one contains information's on (all member of households) age, relationship, marital status, religion, polygamous marriage, no of wives, biological father and mother highest educational level completed, main industry of occupation, main economic activity and migration.To be fill by the head of household or spouse

The section two A contains information's on( a new member of the household and five years and above in the household) education in general like ever attended school, start school age, presently in school (2010-2011) or not currently in school (2010-2011), distance to school, scholarship, school expenses and Other expenses cash and in kind that can't be categorized.

The section two B contains information's on(original household members and five years and above) education in general like ever attended school, start school age,
presently in school (2010-2011) or not currently in school (2010-2011), distance to school, scholarship, school expenses and Other expenses cash and in kind that can't be categorized.

The section three A contains information's on (household members five years and above) Labour in general like worked for someone in the pass 7 days, worked on a farm owned or rented, or worked on your own account
