Questions and instructions
Check the child's eligibility column in the household listing. Record the line number and age for all eligible children 0-5 years. If more than six children, use additional questionnaire(s). A final outcome must be recorded for the weight and height measurement and for the anemia procedure.
Others
During data collection the children's height/weight roster begins by recording the line number and date of birth for all children in the household listing who are 0-5 years of age. The remaining information is then restricted to children who are born in January or later. However, the final group of children who are written to the recode file is further restricted to only those children who are younger than 60 months of age.
