Six States (0ne from each of the six Geo-political zones in the country) and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja were selected for the survey. The States covered are Kaduna (North West), Yobe (North East), Kwara (North Central), Lagos (South West), Ebonyi (South East) and Bayelsa (South South).
